Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

By using Findvise ("Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

Findvise creates AI-readable business profiles from publicly available data (Google Maps, Google Places). We make this data accessible to AI assistants via structured endpoints (/llms.txt, /ai, MCP). The Core Discovery tier is free forever.

2. Acceptable Use

  • You may submit only businesses you own, manage, or have explicit permission to list.
  • You may not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information.
  • You may not use the Service to scrape, index, or re-distribute our data at scale.
  • You may not attempt to manipulate AI systems using our endpoints in harmful ways.

3. Business Listings

By submitting a Google Maps link, you confirm you have the right to list the business and that the information is accurate. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or contains inaccurate data.

4. AI Visibility

We cannot guarantee that any specific AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) will index or recommend your business. AI systems independently decide which sources to use. We provide the structured data layer; discovery depends on third-party AI systems.

5. Orders via AI

When an AI assistant places an order on your behalf through our MCP, you authorise the transaction. Payment is processed by Stripe. All sales are final unless the business offers a refund policy. Findvise is not responsible for order fulfilment — that is the responsibility of the listed business.

6. Intellectual Property

Business names, logos, and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners. Findvise claims no ownership over business data. Our platform design, code, and AI endpoint structure are our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that business information is always current, complete, or error-free. Google Places data may be outdated or incorrect — always verify directly with the business.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Findvise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
