Findvise ("we", "us", "our") operates findvise.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

• Business data — name, address, phone, hours, photos, and descriptions sourced from Google Maps and Google Places when you submit a link.
• Usage data — pages visited, search queries entered, and browser/device type, collected via server logs.
• Order data — if you place an order through an AI assistant, we store your name, items ordered, and payment confirmation (via Stripe). We never store card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To build and serve AI-readable business pages (/llms.txt, /ai, MCP endpoints).
• To process and fulfil orders placed through AI assistants.
• To improve search relevance and the vibe taxonomy.
• We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

• Google Places API — used to fetch business information at onboarding time.
• Supabase — database and file storage provider. Data is hosted in the US.
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Google Gemini — used at onboarding to generate business descriptions.

4. Data Retention

Business profile data is retained indefinitely to maintain AI visibility. Order data is retained for 2 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use no tracking cookies. Server logs may record your IP address for security purposes.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
